These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CintaCinta mobile application and the website at www.cintacinta.id (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using CintaCinta, you represent that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you are not barred from using the Service under any applicable law.

2. Your account

You sign in using your email or WhatsApp number via a one-time password, or via a supported third-party login. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm other users;
• Post or send content that is illegal, sexually exploitative, hateful, violent, or infringes others' rights;
• Impersonate any person, create fake profiles, or misrepresent your identity or age;
• Solicit money, run scams, advertise, or spam other users;
• Collect or harvest other users' data without consent;
• Use bots, scrapers, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service;
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the content you create (profile information, photos, moments, messages). By posting content, you grant CintaCinta a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and translate that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to share it.

5. Translation feature

The Service provides automated, real-time translation to help you communicate across languages. Translations are generated by machine and may contain errors or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any translation, and you should not rely on it for critical decisions.

6. AI photo enhancement

If you choose to use AI photo enhancement, you agree that your photo may be processed by AI models to generate an enhanced image. You must only upload photos of yourself that you have the right to use.

7. Safety and moderation

We may review, moderate, remove content, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community. Friend requests are two-way, and you may block or report other users at any time. Please use good judgment and never share sensitive financial information with people you meet on the Service.

8. Video calls and communications

Video calls and messaging are provided as-is for personal, non-commercial communication. You are responsible for your conduct during calls and chats. Recording other users without consent may be illegal in your jurisdiction.

9. Account deletion and termination

You may delete your account at any time at cintacinta.id/account-delete or within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any user is who they claim to be. You interact with other users at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CintaCinta and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or interactions with other users.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
