Child Safety Standards

CintaCinta.id is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.

1. 18+ restriction

Our service is for adults only. We do not allow child users. Reported or detected underage accounts are restricted or removed.

2. Zero tolerance for CSAE/CSAM

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, including CSAM, grooming, sexual coercion, trafficking, or any sexualized content involving minors.

3. In-app reporting path

• Friend 1-on-1 chat: open chat detail, tap top-right menu (...), choose Complaint.
• Stranger city group chat: tap top-right menu (...), choose Complaint.
• Select the target account and submit a complaint reason for review.

4. Enforcement and evidence retention

We review reports, remove violating content, suspend or ban violating accounts, and retain relevant logs/evidence as required by law.

5. Law enforcement cooperation

Where legally required, we report suspected child safety violations to competent authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations.
